What suspension are you running, and what size tires did you want to run on a square 18" setup? The 18x9.5" ET35 would need a thin/light 5mm spacer but the ET22 wheels would not. The ET22 wheels are aggressive for most applications though and may not be an option for you. Alternatively the EC-7 in 18x9.5" ET35 or 18x9.5" ET31 can clear your BBK no problem without the added spacer.
