Have you taken a break from training at all in awhile? Or have you been having intense workouts...

You might need a deload week, or even just a week off. Your body might be telling you something.

Or you are a lazy **** and don't feel like going anymore! Haha. I know I'm supposed to come in here and motivate you, but maybe you need a week off to either let your body rest (you haven't taken a break in awhile) or you need a week off to remind you why you workout (you'll probably feel like a fat lazy piece of **** and can't wait to get back to the gym).

Something to think about, but I'm pretty sure you went to vegas not so long ago...

Get to the gym, and go heavy. Listen to your body, and take a break if it tells you to.
