Going to avoid back squat and dead lift on the same day due to advice on this forum.
Dead lift; 12x95, 8x135, 8x185, 8x205
Front Squat; 12x45, 8x135, 8x155, 8x185
Weighted lunges (60lbs) 20x3
Did some other lower back and leg stuff don't feel like entering.
