Yeah guys I could probably use a break. I've been lifting heavy for 8 weeks now, high intensity 3x a week.
Just 2 weeks ago it was hard to have two rest days in a row, I was so psyched to get into the gym. Now it's polar opposites.
What's really happening is, 20-30 minutes into my workout I don't really want to be there anymore. After too hard sets I'm just over it. Compared to doing the full 60 minute session.
My feels brah...
