Looks like your car should pull to the right? I doubt it was from wheel torquing. I believe rotors are thicker on better brakes not just bigger diameter. Also doesnt make sense rotor grooved the way it is. I wouldnt leave it as is even after retorque. And just clean wheel studs( no anti seize. Might not hold proper? ) pull your caliper off and change rotor. Take a look at real issue. Even if rotor somehow got overtightened that severely it wouldnt drag the pad evenly on whole rotor causing ridges like those. Minimum i would make sure slide pins on caliper move freely. Is rotor worn like that only on the outside? Or both sides?
