Hopefully one of you guys can help me.

I am looking to buy some winter wheels with winter tyres for my 2004 320d Touring. I know I need to get the correct offset and have seen some silver steel wheels with this part number stamped in them - can anyone confirm what these are and if they will fit my E46?

KFZ 9960/50-07/KBA44960

Any help hugely appreciated....
