I doubt this guy will go down that low, I assume he is looking to break even, meaning he overpaid, but you should try if $10k is your price range. It's been my experience that a good E46 M3 with NO MODS and around 80K in miles is going to cost you about $18 to $20k or higher if your lucky to find a pissed off divorcing wife. Good Luck
