I hate to be a buzz-kill here, but why are you replacing the boots?
These are not usually a preventative maintenance item, they should last the life of the car. They don't last the life of the car as a practical matter, but to replace them for no apparent reason is generally considered to be a waste of money.
My car is a '94 with the original boots (as far as I know). Your car is ten years newer and has the coils replaced under some sort of recall, so your boots should be about 1/4 the age of mine.
Unless you have a known problem that you are certain comes from the boots, I'm not sure you need to replace them. I'd not replace them unless I had a positive indication of a malfunction.
