If rim widths are the same front and rear than that will be fine and will be the cheapest size you can get (looks like price is a factor). If rim sizes are the same front and rear and you want a bit sportier than go 225/45 R17. If rim sizes are different front and rear go 225/45 in the front, and 245/40 in the rear.

Most important thing in a tire is quality though. Regardless of size or price a quality tire is what you want. Remember, there are only 4 small patches of rubber holding you to the road so choose wisely for your and other's safety.
