Never heard of an effect on dreams, sounds interesting. It supposedly can lessen the effect of viruses like a cold though. Also, boosts immune system, metabolism, eyesight, energy, and more I'm sure. Don't over do it though, too much zinc blocks absorption of other vitamins, and basically has the reverse effect. I tried it once for little white specks in my fingernails a long time ago, which is supposedly a sign of deficiency.
