It could potentially still rub yes. I've got 10mm spacers on the back of my ET45 wheels (making the offset ET35), and even with the completely flat fenders, on 265's it rubs, so a 255 is absolutely not what I'd go with, but a 245 has the chance of rubbing as well.

If you're talking about how a tire looks like on a wheel, I think you're talking about
