In for updates, the info that Dabears posted is spot on, wish you could give reps here

Honestly those two guys physiques are VERY attainable easily, if aesthetics are your goals.

Post up your diet (BE HONEST) and lifting routine.

Best way is to find a routine that works for you, not a copy/paste routine.

As long as you're hitting Squat, Bench and Deadlift consistently, and hard you'll see gains.

Start with the compounds, finish it off with Isolations.

Start with Bench, then Incline bench, then dumbells, then flys, then cables if you can still move your pecs.

Same thing on legs, Squat first, then isolate the individual muscles after giving Squats the bulk of your effort/power.
