As for the type of Bilstein damper they make a HD or heavy duty damper that is just marginally stiffer than stock, and then they make a sport shock that is valved tighter (with a shorter piston length to work wth lowering springs) to provide more stability at higher cornering speeds; of course, this sport damper will transmit more road irregularities through the chassis. If a stiff ride is not agreeable, choose the HD dampers.
