Damn I forgot CSLs were only SMG  my bad
I haven't really looked at trying to find one for RHD so unsure if there is an off-the-shelf bit available - mine came with a BMW SSK of which I have only installed the knob...you could also try getting one custom made if its worth the trouble. Maybe check out UK based shops to see if you can find one
