Haha! I understand your position. Trying to keep my quads from tearing up uniform pants and slacks is a serious ordeal. LOL! Yet....I still keep at it at the expense of my wallet. I'm hoping to be able to front squat 245 in a couple of weeks. My PR - achieved today - was 225 lbs.....two sets, five reps each.

Man I gotta fit my legs in suits these days. I do quads like once a month now. I still do hams/glutes more often for the ladies.
