You only need to touch the motor mount to get rid of the original headers. Not sure what the FCAB has to do with it unless this is an Xi.
1/4" drive ratchet, with 2 inch extension and an 11mm ratcheting S-wrench from Harbor Freight will be your new best friends if you let them.
I've done this job 4 times on my car, it gets easier.
