Well, coming from someone with style 138's on their E46, they will, IF they are offset +43. These style 138 wheels came in two offsets, +43 and +20. The +20 came from a RWD 5 series, the +43 came from an AWD 5 series. Now, I am pretty certain that all non-m's share the same offset regardless of RWD or AWD.
The link you provided doesn't work, but if the wheels are offset +43 they will, if +20 they wont. It is also easy to tell which offset is which, as the +20 looks very aggressive with the 5 spokes going very 'deep' into the wheels.
