A little heads up, I used to workout at nights and it helped at times but I moved further away and been lacking to get back into it after some injuryies....i play cod to wind down and when I get to the bedroom I go on my phone to check out the forums and car stuff and proceed to pass out which I know isnt great but its worked for awhile....shot I even had to stay away from the dentist due to anxiety from just sitting in the car and feeling unconforable....i go to bed late but thats just cause I've. Been used to it but im working on it...i just need to handle and get over it...i dont take, melatoin but magnesium and the half of unisome...ive been a little sick and I took nyquil last night which knocks me out for at least 8 hours but after 2 hours I woke up with anxiety and started to listen to relaxing music and finally fell asleep.
