Hey johal thanks for taking time to check out our website and yea that wont be a problem we can fix the sunroof rails and for the plastic polish we can also do that just give the guys a call at 510-667-0109. The guy sam should give you a quote make sure to say your from e46 fanatics ill tell him to give you a great price for both of those 
Oh and sadly we dont do window tent yet  but just ask sam and he will give you a number of a close by shop that does
