Glad Deftones developed the way they did. Stayed true to their fans, Chino's vocals and the bands instrumentals never disappoint.
I can always throwback with their older stuff, but their new stuff is refreshing and great to listen to when I'm gaming, working out, or cruising. Had they gone more scream-o I would have been disappointed, no one listens to As I Lay Dying or Atreyu anymore.
