thanks for the info. i used to be a DIY guy too when i was younger, but things changed as my back got worse, got busier with work, and started a family. i figure even if most of the people on the forum may be DIY'ers, they must know people who aren't and hopefully they'll refer my service to them. i know i'm the "car guy" for a lot of my friends so i'm always helping them out. also, people who aren't DIY'ers actually look at sites like this to see what the more "hardcore" people do when things go wrong or when they have a problem. i figure my service isn't for everyone and the bigger game plan would be to offer more services/products over time.
