OP,
The Depo headlights come with halogen angel eyes.... they are dim, as you have noticed, and hence your question.

The Angel Eyes have plastic covers that clip onto the housing.

What you need is a set of either
CCFL Ae's, with ballasts or, an LED set.

They will come in their own plastic ring housings;which can be opened up, and you can get the actual light ring out of the housing, and swap into your Depo housing... feed the new wire to the existing power source, and clip the Ae covers back on, and the headlight covers back on, and...done.

BTW... H7 is the socket for your HID...not your Angel Eyes.
Looks like you have Halogen bulbs in your projectors, so you will probably want to change those out with an H7 HID kit.
