I posted a previous post and KHOALTY still hasn't answered any of my emails.

I understand your anger, and I understand you want answers since you have paid money - but you seem to not be picking up on the fact that Khoalty seems to be experiencing more business than what they were originally outfitted for, thus everything is slowing down. Again, I understand that you're upset because you paid hard earned money, but from the posts that Dean has made, it seems that they are working as efficiently as possible given their circumstances.
