Wanted to add my experience. I installed OEM M3 engine and transmission mounts. If the increase in response is 10%, the increase in NVH is 30%. The increased NVH is mainly noticeable below 2,000 RPM. My particular case vibrates the car at a very very narrow RPM window (roughly 900 to 1000 rpm) anything below or above and the vibration stops. It's a pretty rough vibration too.

I'm still okay with my decision but I think if I had to do it over again I'd probably pick stock replacements.
