I'm sure someone has posted this before, but I'll post it anyway. its a "crossfit" workout that is really simple, and all you need is a pull up bar

run a mile
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 body squats
run a mile

I'm destroyed. When i ran that mile at the end, I nearly threw up. I broke it up too, so I did 10 pulls up, then 20 pushups then 30 squats, rinse/repeat. Best time was 51:22
