I make homemade carnitas in hte crock pot.
Buy 1 pork butt bone in or boneless.
Buy 1 fresh tub of medium or hot pico de gallo salsa.
put pork in crock pot, add salsa. cook on low for about 8 hours.
meat will fall apart, take shredded meat and place on baking sheet. Added seasoning and bake at 375 until kinda crispy. add to tacos or burritos.
