Codes not related.
Cam sensors do go bad.
Suggest you try to check your MAF connection terminals to make sure they are tight. Have heard about loose MAF terminals on the E46 from time to time.
You may need to remove the terminals from the connector to slightly tighten them with pliers, but be VERY careful and do not mix up terminals in the connector.
