I think Capio7 has every reason to want a refund. It is not just him that has a problem with your "selling" practices (assuming it's not fraud since nothing has showed). Several people seem to have the same issue.

Per your offer earlier in the thread, I would also like a refund. I sent my payment on the 13th.
