Figured I'd start a progress thread since it seems to be the trend here lol

Chest/Tri Day

Warmup Set BB Bench: 135x10, 155x7, 175x4, 185x2

BB Bench: 225x5, 230x5, 230x4.5, 225x5, 225x5

DB Overhead Press: 110x8, 110x8, 110x8

BB Incline: 185x5, 185x5, 185x5, 185x5, 185x4

Reverse Grip Tricep Pulldowns: 80x8, 80x8, 80x8

Flies Machine: 285x5, 285x5, 285x5, 285x5, 285x5

Weighted Dips: 45x9, 45x8, 45x10

Cardio: 0.75 mile at 6.5 mph (followed with no rest) 0.50 mile at 8.0 mph

Post workout weight was 185lbs
