(got to the gym 30 minutes before they closed so my lifting was cut waaay shorter than expected...thought they were open another hour...)
Pre Workout Weight: 182ish

Lat Pulldowns: 240x5, 240x5, 240x5, 240x5, 240x5
Bent Over Row BB: 160x5, 160x5, 160x5, 160x5, 160x5
Pretty damn short day...
