Figured I would post my first three days and update this maybe once weekly or biweekly

(got to the gym 30 minutes before they closed so my lifting was cut waaay shorter than expected...thought they were open another hour...)

Pre Workout Weight: 182ish


Warm Up: 3 x 10 Pull-ups

Bent Over CG Rows (close grip): 135x5, 135x5, 135x5, 135x5, 135x5, 135x5

EZ Bar Curls WG (wide grip): 100x5, 100x5, 100x5, 100x5, 100x5

Lat Pulldowns: 240x5, 240x5, 240x5, 240x5, 240x5

Bent Over Row BB: 160x5, 160x5, 160x5, 160x5, 160x5

Pretty damn short day...
