Are you prepared to spend a thousand or so on it right away to fix up things you need...or are you capable of diying lots of stuff.

I wouldn't drive to St. Louis without pulleys, belts, lots of cooling system stuff...and there has to be something else going on somewhere that you might as well attend to...a leaking PS hose, new plugs, air filters...

I'd give it techron...but first...I'd have a good, skeptical look at it. Let me know when you get closer and get specific dates...Bayonne is always beautiful this time of year! ha!
