Going to the gym for a 1 hour workout ends up costing me 2.5 hours, after shower and all.
I just want to stay in shape with the minimum effort as I go through a busy period in my life.
I was referring to his channel. He posts simple but effective exercises that one can do at home, with a chair, pillow, etc.
I was thinking in just using his series of simple exercises (one for each day), and drop my gym membership all together.
