todays workout. oi think working at the tree lot all weekend takes so much oxygen out of you it was really hard to get going today.or it was just a really hard workout.
density: 3 rounds:
front squats: 135x20
DB plank rows: 110x10/arm
DB RDL: 110x10/leg
toes to bar: x10 with a pause at the top
squat jumps with resistance bands: x20
TRX handstand pushups: x10
pretty good workout.hopefully doing something heavy tomorrow.
