I see, I read a whole study where athletes wore sensors and $hit, back squat was the better overall workout. I don't bother with front squats because of the load on the shoulders.

I guess since I play soccer, snowboard, mountain bike, I should start doing front squats. I'll alternate legs squats workouts.
