OP, I am really sorry to say this, but you're a goddamn selfish lazy idiot. Wear this first.

I have a 2001 325I.
I was driving the one day, and I couldn't down shift even though I changed my slave cylinder and bled everything.
The car will now change gears but won't move, and if you don't use the clutch there is a slight grinding(which makes sense). But why doesn't the car move?
It gave me no indication the clutch was going bad, so I'm not sure if that's my problem. Could the clutches have just broken?
I'm pretty sure its original. I'm 3rd owner, and it has almost 170000 on it. Please help.
