OK, I got a chance to check the voltage going to the starter(and I tell you, it was a really tight squeeze even with the intake boots off), ~10.5V. Onboard, voltmeter registers ign at ON position as 11.3V(sitting on the driveway for a couple of days).
Even if it registers about 10.5, it should still be enough to crank right?
