not really any attachment. Just secured the brake line somewhere, then I used the hand-gun from the air compressor to blow regulated compressed air to the caliper through the brake line. Once pressure starts to build inside the caliper, the piston will start to slide out until it reaches the end of the cylinder, where it will literally fly out, therefore the need to have something like a piece of wood to stop it from hitting the cast caliper.
