Just threw a bunch of sheit together cause I have stuff to do all weekend so I did legs n shoulders.

Front squat
5x5
Superset Arnold press 3x8

Leg press 3x8
Superset with hang cleans 5x5

Leg extension 3x10
Superset bb shrug 3x10

Bike 20 minutes on hill setting. That BLEW up my legs lol, talk about a pump!!!
Weird workout
