-Attempt my Sept 2013 goal of a 300lb back squat (I'm expecting to fail but just want to get a feel for the weight) Hopefully I don't i injure myself.
-3x5 Bench Press
8 30lb Dumbbell Thrusters
10 Ring Push Ups
fuucking scared of that weight. The most I ever back squatted was 245x5 I think.
