decent workout today.

started with:

power snatch: 155LB: 5x5
superset
20LB wall balls: 21-15-9-6-3

tried to establish a 3 rep max for backsquats, though i didnt get there i had a good workout. inbetween each set (after 265) i did 10 burpees

265-295-315-335-355-365-375

my backsquat is pretty weak compared to my front squat as i dont back squat as much.

mixed in some bench.sets of 2. dont forget, i really NEVER bench. haha

155-195-215-225-235-245-255 (PR i guess)
