| decent workout today.
power snatch: 155LB: 5x5
20LB wall balls: 21-15-9-6-3
tried to establish a 3 rep max for backsquats, though i didnt get there i had a good workout. inbetween each set (after 265) i did 10 burpees
my backsquat is pretty weak compared to my front squat as i dont back squat as much.
mixed in some bench.sets of 2. dont forget, i really NEVER bench. haha
