tried to establish a 3 rep max for backsquats, though i didnt get there i had a good workout. inbetween each set (after 265) i did 10 burpees
my backsquat is pretty weak compared to my front squat as i dont back squat as much.
mixed in some bench.sets of 2. dont forget, i really NEVER bench. haha

I'd like to see a video of your back squat form Jeremy. I'm curious whether or not you go deeper than I do. I go right to - or just a tad below - parallel. I don't generally go ass-to-grass on the back squat.
