Got my copy of a local FFL today and e-mailed the dude who I bought the lower+upper from. I felt a little guilty today when I woke up about buying it but after seeing people spending more than what I paid for just a stripped lower, I think I got a pretty good deal for $400 for both!
Edit: Just saw the same exact lower going for bidding at $455 with over a day left on gun broker.
