My 4/5 times weekly office workout

Curls using the braided band.
Pull downs on the doorway with the band.
Abs use my office chair and do 30 sec leg lifts.
Squats body weight to chair.
Push-ups 4 varieties.
FA- stress ball squeezes.
Pull ups on the bar in my office closet.
