I injured my RC's in 2006 due to heavy bench pressing with less than stellar form where my arm position was concerned. It took years of no barbell work and lots of personal rehab to aid in recovery. They still bother me periodically, but I am benching heavier today than I was in 2006, and I don't have the RC pain any longer. Form is the key!
