Dre i had e46s for my whole bmw life. Id talk him down to 13k. Inspect the living hell out of it. I have a bmw scanner. If your serious about the car, you can hit me up and help you do some inspecting(check for leaks, frame damage, subframe, noises etc). I cant say im am expert but i do know a thing or 2 about these things. The pa soft picks up so much bmw specific codes which can help you talk the dealer down. Dealerships tend to give a limited drivetrain warranty too. Any information that isnt disclosed to you can EASILY backfire on them.
