My buddy is looking for a nice clean low mileage e46 coupe. He doesn't care if its a 325 or 330 as long as its a clean coupe.

Low mileage (50-70k)
Must be manual!
No specific color preference.

He owns a 2008 Mitsubishi lancer 5 speed with 42k miles he is willing to do an even trade for an e46.
