Well I think I may be S.O.L

I guess unless I run a cash business like Nt_Loader said, I won't be getting it anytime soon. You think they might consider it justifiable where I live? I live in a woodsy town where there are bears, fishercats, wild animals, etc? A neighbor called in about 2 years ago there was a bear 2 streets down from my house.

I want to be able to use it for recreational use as well as for my safety.
