Cherry glazed pork tenderloin with sauteed fresh baby portabella mushrooms and onions and cheesy scalloped potatoes. Mmmmm.
Complemented with a glass of estancia pinot grigio white wine and some pink Floyd.
And an oats and honey granola bar for dessert.
