Good response from BSW & Fingers crossed swap unit will solve it!
Very surprised to received email from BSW during the holidays. Wow.. I was impressed with their good customer service. They asked me to try to unplug the 3 pin connector for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 min, which performs a hard reset. Unfortunately it didn't solve it so they are now swapping the unit out.
