Found source of noisy ground messing with the TPS voltage signal. Just unplugged the alternator and the voltage noise reduced dramatically with the engine running. So I'll be replacing that very soon which should solve the noise problem. If in case that doesn't work then ill trace back the wiring and try and isolate any noise from the TPS wiring. Currently the TPS is running along side the injectors so I could isolate them which should reduce the noise from the injector pulse. Then Ill tune the AEM to compensate accordingly. This is kind of fun
